Processing & Shipping All orders take 5–7 business days to process and up to 20 business days to ship after processing is complete.

All Sales Are Final We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason once an order has been placed. This applies to all items, including sale items and gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ashandgrace.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine next steps on a case-by-case basis.
